Accordingly, the General Council of Spanish Bar Associations (CGAE) considers that it is essential to encourage public access to the information contained in this website, trying to correct the errors which are brought to its attention.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

4.1. Completion of forms
In the event that forms are made available, the identification of the user is full, as it is the user him/herself who voluntarily introduces his/her information in our forms.

1. The processing of the personal information voluntarily disclosed by the user shall be limited to that necessary to complete the PenalNet directory of criminal lawyers, which allows all the members to locate each other. It is also necessary to help us to prepare statistics and to be able to benefit from future communications by PenalNet or its member Councils.
In all cases, each one of our forms includes a specific privacy clause by which the user gives his/her consent to the automated processing of the information disclosed in accordance with the Organic Law of Data Protection.

The information disclosed by the user shall be used by RedAbogacía exclusively for the following purposes:

- Inclusion in the PenalNet lawyers' directory
- Periodic sending of new editions and updates of the electronic gazette, PenalNet News.
- Sending of information expressly requested by the user. 
- Provision of any other services included in PenalNet in accordance with the client.
In all cases, the user that appears in our databases may exercise his/her rights to access, rectification and cancellation.
