The information disclosed in the forms shall be recorded in an automated file held by the General Council of Spanish Bar Associations (CGAE) and used exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.  We inform the member of the Bar Association that he/she may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection.

For this purpose, the member may choose between contacting the CGAE by sending an e-mail to info@cgae.es, or by writing to the registered address of the General Council of Spanish Bar Associations (CGAE) at Paseo de Recoletos Nº13 28004 Madrid. The CGAE at all times guarantees the confidentiality of the information of the members who register using this form, and assures compliance at all times with current Data Protection regulations.
